For an assistant in a shop to come and ask if the customer needs any help is rare these days. For her not only to ask but also have excellent product knowledge to guide the customer to make the right choice is even more rare. But for her not only to offer help and know about the products and care enough to stay after the end of her shift to make sure that the customer is satisfied is impressive. I rushed in Currys in Macclesfield to replace my broken vacuum cleaner on Monday night and Dee (Dennise 11) did just this. She approached me with a friendly smile to offer her help, guided me through the ample choice of vacuum cleaners with her sound product knowledge overstayed the end of her shift to ensure that not only me but also another customer were happy. In doing so, she sold two vacuum cleaners and we all went home happy. Thats what I call customer service and Dee is certainly a credit to Currys Macclesfield. I will certainly return next time aI need a curry product and will tell my friends too Thank you Dee
